Beds were hard. It was winter so only a few things to do, cuz it was cold n snowy. Snow tubing and few shops were open

We wouldn’t have had such a great experience without Chonte’s help. She is truly a model of what a Director should be—professional, caring, and attentive. A big thank you as well to the entire team working there. Special thanks to the gentleman who was shoveling snow and drove his Nissan Rogue to guide us when we were lost. That level of kindness and dedication made a lasting impression on us.

We went in family to expend a week. The villas are big and spacious, but all things in the house are very outdated, even my coffee machine was missing the cradle, I requested to bring me the pot, and I figured out the reason the next day, because it is not automatic "on/off", I forgot to turn off the button, this is unsafe, in this times you can buy cheap coffee machines with that option. The front desk was always prompt to help and very amiable, and giving you a phone call to check how you're doing and if everything was OK.

The room was clean and organized. It was very peaceful and had a cozy feel. There were absolutely no issues. Decent place.

We were nervous about this booking and honestly would have backed out if we could have. The reservation was non-refundable, and after reading some of the reviews so close to our travel date, we just decided to go for it. I’m happy we did. OUR EXPERIENCE AS A FAMILY OF 5 was 5 stars. The reviews for this place are definitely unfair. From the moment we arrived, the staff at check-in were friendly, helpful, and professional. They have concierges available to answer questions and make recommendations at check in, and they really do a great job. Shantell at Guest Services was absolutely amazing, super helpful, warm, and went above and beyond. Check-in was easy, payment was straightforward, and we had no issues accessing our unit. We had a renovated room. Yes, the flooring is inexpensive and there were a few spots of chipped paint, but none of that bothered us and certainly nothing that would keep me from staying here again. The unit was spacious, the bathrooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Perfect for our family. The kitchen area was clean and well-stocked with utensils, mugs, plates, and bowls. We used paper goods, but everything you’d need is there. Just bring paper towel and dish soap. Instacart delivered groceries with no issues and we got shampoo and conditioner too. A really pleasant surprise was that our unit had a loft in addition to the two bedrooms—a total bonus we weren’t expecting. Each bedroom had a TV; the loft did not, but that was completely fine. Parking is right up to the unit, which made unloading super easy. You do need to drive to most places on the property, but everything is close, easy to reach, and there’s a shuttle if you’d rather not drive. The only negative in our unit was that the couch had a large tear in it. It was still clean and comfortable, so we were able to overlook it, but it’s definitely something they should replace. We did have a small issue with our fireplace not working upon arrival, but maintenance came immediately and fixed it quickly. Overall, it was a great stay and I truly have no regrets. It’s a perfect getaway for families because of the extra space. We arrived on a Thursday and left on Sunday. It was quiet on Thursday and Friday, and even though it got busier over the weekend, it was still lovely with no issues at all. Everything on the property is easy to book—tubing, horseback riding, etc. There’s kids that run the tubing but the manager names Anthony, who runs the tubing and various activities, was top-notch and kept them in check. The kids just aren’t super friendly and you can definitely tell they don’t want to be there. But Anthony makes up for it all-Friendly, organized, and great with kids he really makes the experience fun. There’s also a zip-lining place nearby that was a lot of fun. The on-site restaurant, Warehouse Alley, was good, and there’s a great breakfast spot called Muellers just down the street. The indoor pool was great, and it was never overcrowded, which was actually very nice. One tip: bring cash for the arcade and for horseback riding. There is no ATM on site, and both of those activities require cash. The staff at horseback riding were very kind and accommodating, especially with little ones. Everything else on the resort is cashless, which made things easy. All in all, the negative reviews simply did not match our experience at all. Maybe some units differ, but ours was very good. I’d just confirm you’re getting a renovated room. They do charge $25 to rent a Fire Stick, but you can bring your own. Aside from that, everything was smooth. Wi-Fi worked great and we had no complaints. Honestly—I love this place, and we are booked to come back in February

Our unit (Premium 1 bdrm - Tree Top) was spacious and impeccable. (Our stay was 5 days, 4 nights). The balcony and view were absolutely amazing and so serene. The 2 bathrooms were a plus! The only downside was that the sofa bed didn't have any sheets or covers/blankets and there weren't any extra pillows supplied! When I called to ask for the items, the operator transferred me to a "Mary" in Inventory who was very rude, telling me that the truck was delivering the next day. Front desk said the same, guaranteeing that he would definitely get the pillows and coverings to us but never did. We had to go out and buy the items. Also, basic cable with HBO was supplied but the channels weren't HD. Otherwise the unit, which was like an apartment, condo, was outstanding.

Found a great deal on a weekend 3 bedroom rental for our party of 8. Had a great time. Everything was nice and clean we had enough space to be together and apart.

The house is big and comfortable. But they don't put enough supplies like toilet paper, paper towels. We had to ask about that every day.
